To promote Canon’s newest imageCLASS business printers, we tapped into the humor of the IT pro’s who buy equipment for their office. After sourcing dozens of real IT stories, we worked with social influencers to create comedic reenactments. And the message was simple: IT pro’s contend with a lot of issues. An unreliable printer shouldn’t be one of them.
